Seminar on a subject "Determination of estimated cost of construction in the Republic of Kazakhstan since January 1, 2018 taking into account changes in normative documents on pricing"

In pursuance of the Plan of vocational education of workers of RSE “Gosexpertiza” on February 27-28, 2018 head of the estimating department of management of examination of projects Kazhiyakbarova I.T. have participated in this seminar.

During the seminar the following questions have been considered:
1. The normative legal documents regulating formation of estimated cost of construction at the present stage (taking into account changes in the legislation).
2. Determination of estimated cost of installation and construction works taking into account changes and additions in collections of element estimate norms (ESN RK 8.04-01-2015).
3. Definition of costs of project works and engineering researches in 2018.
4. Determination of estimated cost of installation and construction works with application of the integrated indicators of estimated cost of construction.
5. The review of the existing budget and settlement programs in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2018.
6. New in the ABC software products – 2018.
7. "ESTIMATE PK 2018" - the modern program for calculation and verification of estimates by a resource method according to normative documents by determination of estimated cost of construction in the Republic of Kazakhstan of 2018".
8. Calculation and release of budget documentation in construction by a resource method at the present stage with use of the software of "SANA-2015".
