As part of the reform of expert activity, as well as to ensure the principles of openness and transparency in the public review of projects with April 1, 2014 introduced a system of electronic pre-admission and design - budget documentation for construction of facilities and complexes. In connection with this, March 11, 2014 in Almaty hosted a regional seminar of the southern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the agenda: Presentation of e-recruitment and pre-design - budget documentation for construction of facilities and complexes by means of the portal www.epsd.kz The seminar was attended and addressed by the Chairman of the Committee for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Ministry of Regional Development V. Gallo, CEO of RSE "Gosexpertiza" Smankulov AS, Advisor to the General Director of RSE "Gosexpertiza" Bekmukhambetov SS Director of the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Almaty Pockets Sh.D. developers receiving electronic format documents - representatives of JSC "NAT Kazakhstan". The workshop was attended by representatives DGASKiL, local executive, design organizations - potential customers state examination Almaty, South Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda oblasts and Almaty. For this project implemented the introduction of information systems in the RGP "Gosexpertiza" and branches, allowing to organize interactive communication with the applicant at the time of project documentation in the state examination with the introduction of a unified electronic database. Implementation of the above-mentioned electronic services in RSE "Gosexpertiza" will reduce deadline for consideration of design and estimate documentation, as well as enable the applicant alone, remotely monitor the progress of the state examination. Applying for the provision of public services and the execution of state functions is proposed to electronically through "My Account" portal. To work with the Internet portal must register and become familiar with the requirements of the documentation provided in electronic form. These requirements are placed on the main page of the Internet portal.
