"Presentation of electronic reception predesign and proyektno – budget documentation on building of objects and complexes"

Within reforming of expert activity, and also for ensuring the principles of openness and transparency, in state examination of projects the system of electronic reception predesign and proyektno – budget documentation on building of objects and complexes (further the design and estimate documentation) takes root. In this regard 4, on March 5, 2014 in the city of Atyrau took place regional a seminar – RSE "Gosekspertiza" meeting on a subject: "Presentation of electronic reception predesign and proyektno – budget documentation on building of objects and complexes by means of www.epsd.kz portal." Representatives of state examination of projects, representatives took part in presentation SACCs, developers of JSC NAT Kazakhstan system, and also generating designers and customers of construction of the western region of the Republic of Kazakhstan (The Aktyubinsk, Atyrausky, West Kazakhstan and Mangistau areas). The purpose of this seminar - demonstration and an explanation of the principles of work of this system. For implementation of this project introduction of information system in RSE "Gosekspertiza" and the branches, allowing to organize interactive interaction with the applicant at delivery of project documentation in state examination with introduction of a uniform electronic database is realized. Implementation of the above-named electronic services in RSE "Gosekspertiza" will allow to reduce a term by consideration of design and budget documentation, and also will allow the applicant independently, remotely to watch a course of carrying out state examination. The order of submission of applications for providing the state services, execution of the state functions, and also implementation in electronic form through portal "private office" was explained to participants of a seminar. For work with the Internet portal it is explained registration and acquaintance with requirements to documentation provided in electronic form. Submission of documentation is carried out on the official Internet a site of RSE "Gosekspertiza" (www.epsd.kz ) where it is necessary to choose branch on territorial accessory. Delivery of documentation in electronic form through a portal of RSE "Gosekspertiza" provides obligation of existence of the electronic and digital signature at the applicant received by an official way through the National certifying RK center. Requirements to submission of documentation in an electronic format, and also the list of necessary initial and allowing documentation, the instruction on work with a portal and other information it is possible to find on the official site of RSE "Gosekspertiza" (www.gosexpertiza.kz ). Seminar – meetings took part in work: Akim Atyrauskoy's deputy of area – Shakimov T.A. the chief of staff of RSE "Gosekspertiza" - T.A. Karimov, the head of department of methodology of RSE "Gosekspertiza" - Akanov E.B. the branch director RSE "Gosekspertiza" on Atyrausky area – Kushmurzayev E.K. the branch director RSE "Gosekspertiza" across the West Kazakhstan region – Iskendirov N. K. the branch director RSE "Gosekspertiza" on Mangistausky area – Khamiev T.S. the branch director RSE "Gosekspertiza" on the Aktyubinsk area – Lekerov S. O., responsibles on reception of the design and estimate documentation of the above-named branches. So, in particular from the Aktyubinsk area representatives of 20 design organizations, 6 main customers of state examination from public institutions of the Aktyubinsk area took part. Following the results of meeting the decision, for the fastest transition to electronic reception of documentation, and also an explanation of the principles of work of this system is made, on places in addition to give practical classes with participation of all interested parties. In turn, branch RSE "Gosekspertiza" on the Aktyubinsk area expresses gratitude for fine reception and the good organization of a seminar to the director and the staff of branch RSE "Gosekspertiza" of Atyrausky area which organized and successfully held a seminar - meeting for the western region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
