Festival ”Winged Tulpar (Steed)”

“The Winged Tulpar (Steed)” Festival was held at the Culture Center “Ulba” in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk on September 21, 2012. The Festival coincided with the Day of Languages of Kazakhstan People and all territorial divisions of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” participated in the event. The Festival was organized by the Affiliated Branch of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” across East-Kazakhstan Oblast, the winner of the last year Festival. A competition consisting of three rounds was conducted in the framework of the Festival: demonstration of a video clip “Presentation of the Territorial Division”; a concerted item – performance of the Kazakh folk song; dramatics of customs and traditions of people residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Affiliated Branch of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” in Almaty became a holder of the bronze tulpar and won the category of the best stage work. The Affiliated Branch of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” across Almaty Oblast became a winner and holder of the gold tulpar and as tradition demands, it would carry out the Festival in Taldykorgan next year.
